Varifocal Price list:

You must have varifocal lenses already in your frames so that we can take the measurements required to re-glaze your varifocal glasses. You must also provide us with a prescription no more than two years old

To order new lenses into your own frame you will need to send us:

• Your Glasses
• A copy of your prescription dated within the last two years
• A brief note explaining which lenses you require
. Please state if for reading, distance or computer use
• A cheque payable to eye2eye frames for the correct amount from the tariffs above

Glasses are re glazed at your own risk just as it is with any high street opticians. You will need to enclose your full postal address so that we can return your re glazed glasses to you by recorded delivery.
