Most orders are completed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. However, some orders may take up to 28 days because of the complexity of the prescription or the coatings on the lenses.

14 days, no quibble, money back guarantee.  Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for postage and packaging costs. The 14 days starts from our dispatch date.

We must receive the spectacles unused, in excellent condition and in original case and packaging.
